Your academic advisor
You can consult academic advisors for questions about personal tutoring and study advice. All conversations with academic advisors are strictly confidential. The academic advisor will take notes (Digital Student Dossier) during the meeting which are only accessible to the academic advisors and to you.

We strongly recommend you to discuss any questions and/or problems as soon as possible. The academic advisors are there to support you, to listen to you and are often able to answer your question(s) and to help you in finding solutions. If the academic advisors are not able to help you, they can often refer you to another person or organisation within or outside the university for further guidance or support.
