If your study programme has space for electives, you can participate in education that is not part of your own study programme. As a student of VU Amsterdam, you often have elective space in the first semester of the third year of your Bachelor’s degree programme. Some Master's degree programmes also offer this option. Before you sign up for a minor, it is wise to orient yourself well. In addition, it is useful to find out whether you need permission to take the minor.
