During the programme, participants will learn more about the concepts, best practices, and stakeholders’ interests that are valuable to any restructuring professional. This know-how is relevant for designing or choosing between operational/strategic options and financial restructuring schemes. The programme is also tailored to develop critical crisis management, negotiating, and stakeholder management skills.
The curriculum structure follows the different steps in a corporate restructuring process: moving from understanding the causes of distress and crisis management during the first 30 days to implementing an operational restructuring plan, negotiating a financial restructuring with creditors, and defending a restructuring plan in court.
