Who should attend
The programme is intended for ambitious professionals, who deal with restructurings and come from an array of different disciplines, including restructuring & bankruptcy lawyers, bankers, restructuring specialists, debt advisors, strategy or financial consultants, interim managers, corporate finance specialists, valuation professionals and investors in distressed debt, distressed equity or leveraged buy-outs.
Participants should have at least 5 years of relevant working experience and a Bachelor’s degree. The selection of candidates is done together with the Dutch Restructuring Association and is aimed at ensuring a multidisciplinary group of participants who contribute to the learning experience with their knowledge.
Admission Criteria
1) Participants must have a sufficient level of experience:
- at least 5 years of experience in corporate restructuring
- currently in a medior- or senior-level position. For example Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers and Director positions at law firms, accounting firms, consulting (interim) firms, banks and investment firms.
2) Participants should have at least a bachelor's degree.
3) Class of max 25 participants must represent as much as possible in a balanced way the 3 disciplines and various roles of parties in the restructuring business (lawyers, judges, financial advisors, management consultants, interim managers, bankers, (distressed) debt and equity investors).
