- Faculty and Central Councils: 10 sessions of 2–3 hours
- Programme Committees: 2 main sessions tailored to their function and the other 10 sessions offered to them as well

Dates for the Participation Council Training Programme: 5 October, 30 November or 2 December 2026; 25 or 27 January; 22 or 24 February 2027.
Dates for Track B – Programme Committees: 17 November 2026 and June 2027 (exact date to be announced).
