The ELC programme will help you to develop into a strategic leader in education. You will learn to lead teams by applying your personal and carefully-considered vision of leadership. You will be encouraged to view current challenges in education from different perspectives and develop creative solutions. During the programme, you will be supervised by experienced instructors, inspirational guest speakers and coaches. You will become part of a network of influential, dynamic and connective leaders working to improve the quality of education at VU Amsterdam.
Who is it intended for?
ELC participants are members of VU Amsterdam staff who hold strategic positions in teaching or have the potential to do so. People who are responsible for education at faculty-level or higher, or who aim to achieve that position.
