- Tuesday 7 October 2025: kick-off
- Tuesday 28 October 2025: first session with guest speaker
- Tuesday 11 November 2025: second session
- Tuesday 25 November 2025: third session with guest speaker
- Tuesday 9 December 2025: harvest session
All sessions are from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm.
Brief intake interviews will take place in September 2025.

The sessions will take place on campus at the Nieuwe Universiteitsgebouw, VU Amsterdam.
Language
The program will be offered in Dutch or English, depending on the participants’ preferences.
Costs (2025/2026)
- VU employees
If you are a VU employee - or employed by ACTA, Amsterdam UMC location VUmc or AUC -, most of this programme cost will be covered through internal quality funds. When participating in this programme, we charge a € 135 registration fee. We advise you to talk with your manager about a possible reimbursement of the registration fee. You can check on this page if you are eligible for reimbursement. - External candidates
Cost for employees of other Dutch universities is € 1950 (no tax).
Registration
If you are interested in this program, please register by 30 August by filling out our online registration form. The intakes are scheduled in early September at the Nieuwe Universiteitsgebouw, VU Amsterdam.
Please note that two places are available for external participants. Should we receive more than two applications from external participants, they will be processed in order of entry and we will work with a waiting list. In that case, we will notify you as soon as a place becomes available for you.
