The course is designed for mid-level managers (operations, IT, quality, process, continuous improvement), continuous improvement leads/coaches/engineers, and anyone who wants to learn and understand how to improve flow in their administrative/service/healthcare operations.
The number of participants is limited due to the hand-on approach. Potential candidates must submit a letter of motivation along with their application. Priority will be given to participants from organizations that actually intend to use VSD in their own work environment. Participation will only be confirmed after a review of the submitted document.
