“What appealed to us most about the programme was its well-thought-out structure and its diverse and relevant content. In addition, the instructors were pleasant to work with and the speakers interesting, which contributed to a valuable learning experience. Moreover, it was inspiring to work with fellow students from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
Although no concrete changes in our work resulted from participating in the programme, it did sharpen our thinking about the curriculum. It provides regular space to think about and reflect on our teaching.
We would recommend this programme to departments considering curriculum review or to colleagues looking to develop a new programme.
A tip for other trainees is to attend the programme with a colleague if possible. The opportunity to exchange ideas and reflect together can enrich the learning experience and facilitate the implementation of new insights.”
