Sociology students positively view how the Bachelor programme prepares them for their future careers. In addition, the components, teachers, assessment and atmosphere also score well above average. With these evaluations, the Bachelor has been awarded the title of Top programme this year.
Programme director Erik van Ingen is delighted: "In recent years, we have worked very hard on a new Sociology Bachelor's programme, which is unconventional in many ways. This score is a very nice recognition of that and an important sign that we are on the right track. Next year, we will refresh the final and third year and use the current experiences to fine-tune the programme further. Many thanks to all our students for your positive feedback!"
Keuzegids
The Keuzegids Bachelors is compiled annually by the Centre for Higher Education Information and compares all accredited Bachelor's programmes at Dutch universities. The assessments in the guide are partly compiled from student opinions and accreditation data using information from the National Student Survey. These assessments help prospective students make an informed choice of their Bachelor's programme.
