The rise of generative AI in education raises important questions about assessment and academic integrity.
The so-called Two-lane approach developed by Professor Danny Liu (University of Sydney) offers a way to address these dilemmas. Liu distinguishes between, on the one hand, safeguarding the assessment of individual knowledge and skills, and on the other, coaching students to use AI responsibly and productively.
In this session, we will discuss the concept of the Two-lane approach and explore how it can be applied within the specific context of your programme.
