I want to report a malfunction, defect or inconvenience

Do you see smoke in the corridor? Do you suspect that there are unauthorized persons inside? Call 22222 immediately (on an outside line, call +31 (0)20 598 2222).

Action will be taken immediately to safeguard the situation. In the event of a critical failure that does not constitute an emergency situation as described above, please contact the Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Service Desk: +31(0)20 598 5777.

Examples of critical failures include:

  • leaks
  • lift malfunction
  • power failures
  • noise nuisance
  • malfunctions to automatic doors
  • malfunctioning emergency lighting/malfunctioning lighting on signs leading to the emergency exit

Do you wish to report a malfunction, for example to a machine or installation, that is not included in the list above? Or would you like to report a defect or inconvenience, such as a stain in the carpet, dirty windows, litter or dirty or threadbare carpets? Click on the ‘Take action now’ button for the right form.

Issue resolution time

Emergency malfunctions are immediately dealt with and completed the same day. Non-emergency incident reports are generally handled within three working days.
