You can submit a complaint to FCO if you are dissatisfied about one of its products or services, or about the way in which a previously reported technical problem or inconvenience was handled. You can also submit complaints about any undesirable behaviour or shortcomings on the part of FCO or its staff. Click on the ‘Take action now’ button to go to the Service Portal for the right form.

Do you think that FCO’s range of products or services is incomplete, or do you have any suggestions regarding a given product or service (or ways in which these might be improved)? Discuss this with FCO's account management.
Reporting a malfunction
Have you noticed a coffee machine that isn’t working or a tap that is leaking? If so, go the Service Portal and use the form for reporting technical problems. There is also a special online form for reporting pests. Using the correct form ensures that your report will be routed directly to the relevant department and processed as quickly as possible.

- You can use the ‘Malfunction report’ form on the Service Portal to notify FCO about malfunctions in technical installations or buildings, such as defective lighting, damaged carpeting or faulty blinds.
