Curricula often become more extensive during redesign: new content is added, but very little is removed. The SED methodology helps you consciously remove and reorganize components, while keeping the emotional aspect of this process in mind. It’s not just about what you remove, but also how you do it. This helps you create more peace of mind and clarity—for yourself and for your students.
In the various phases of this process, it helps to work with rituals. This brings us to a challenge: how do you create a ritual during the curriculum redesign process?
