CTL Leadership Coaching for Senior Researchers

As a manager in research, you sometimes encounter challenging situations: a renewal of the research program, researchers on your team operating from islands with each other, tensions between you and the departmental management or faculty board ... how do you maintain yourself within this force field?
  • How do I increase engagement and effectiveness in my research team?
  • How do I deal with resistance during a change in research ?
  • I would like the chance to feel more confident as a leader.
  • How do I keep myself in balance with all the challenges out there?
  • I find it difficult to confront my employees.

Leadership coaching can offer you support in the specific situations you encounter, so that you, as a leader in education, are firmly in the saddle and comfortable with yourself.

With the rapid pace of change currently taking place in education, it is more important than ever for leaders to keep developing themselves. On the one hand to stay close to yourself and on the other hand to have the flexibility to move with what your leadership role requires of you.  

Leadership coaching supports you in a 1-on-1 setting with all the questions you have about your role as a leader in education. Whether these are questions related to leadership itself, collaboration in education, communication or more personally oriented.

Together with one of the leadership coaches you will discuss an appropriate course with one or more coaching sessions.
