Aware of who you are and effective at what you do

CTL Leadership Coaching for Leaders in Education

During the coaching process, you can gain knowledge around leadership in education, learn new skills, but most importantly become more aware of yourself and what others need in order to collaborate optimally and contribute effectively to education.

We would like to offer you the opportunity to meet with one of our leadership coaches without any obligation. This way you will discover what leadership coaching can do for you.

Leadership Coach: Allard Gerritsen

Leadership Coach: Allard Gerritsen

Drs. Allard Gerritsen, from his mediation/core reflection background, is involved in individual coaching of teachers and in leadership projects. He is also a trainer and educational consultant at the Centre for Teaching & Learning.

"From your professional identity, it is pleasant and important to map the 'playing field in which you move on a daily basis.' To discuss the pros and cons of possible choices. And then to look at your considerations and interests. Content, from the organization, the relationship with your team, your vision of leadership and your own circumstances. I address your strengths and possible challenges. I look forward to meeting you!"

Allard Gerritsen

Leadership Coach: Jessy la Faille

Leadership Coach: Jessy la Faille

As a registered supervisor, Drs. Jessy la Faille is involved in individual coaching/supervision and peer supervision within leadership programs.

"Be your own leader" (Cohn) I find a beautiful principle when it comes to learning. As a leader in education, just like teachers, you learn from yourself and others every day. You relate from your own identity, values and vision to the people you work with and to the organization. Important components here include autonomy, interdependence, place, individuality and strategy. In our conversations, you explore who you are as a leader, among other things, and there is room for strategic questions and dilemmas. I listen, ask questions and look with you. Looking forward to seeing you!"

Jessy la Faille
