Graduation ceremony
All who graduate between September 2023 and August 2024 and indicate at the time of graduation that they would like to attend the graduation ceremony of the study programme in question, will receive an invitation in mid-September 2024. This will contain the exact start and end times.
The graduation ceremonies are scheduled on the following days:
- Friday 4 October: BA L&S
- Friday 4 October: BA MADA
- Tuesday 8 October: BA CIS
- Friday 11 October: BA History
- Friday 11 October: BA Philosophy
- Saturday 12 October: BA PPE
- Tuesday 8 October: MA Archaeology
- Thursday 10 October: MA and Research MA Classic and Ancients Civilizations
- Wednesday 16 October: MA Arts and Culture other specializations, MA Curating Art and Cultures
- Wednesday 23 October: BA Archaeology, BA Greek and Latin Language and Culture, BA Ancient Studies
- Tuesday 29 October: MA Literary Studies
- Tuesday 29 October: MA Arts and Culture Architecture History, MA Heritage Studies
- Tuesday 29 October: MA History
- Thursday 31 October: MA Arts and Culture CAMS and Design Cultures
- Monday 4 November: MA Linguistics
- Tuesday 5 November: MA Philosophy
- Wednesday 6 November: MA Humanities Research
- Friday 8 November: MA CIS Multimodal Communication + Dialogue, Health and Society
- Friday 8 November: MA CIS Writing and Translation

Pick-up moments in 2024
Would you rather collect your diploma instead of attending the graduation ceremony? This is possible during the pick-up moments. You will receive an invitation for the pick-up moments if you have indicated that you will not attend the graduation ceremony and when your diploma is ready to be collected.
On the days mentioned below, an employee of the faculty will be at the studentdesk to hand over the diploma to you, on the condition that you can show a valid ID. Do not forget to bring it with you!
- Monday 24 June 2024 afternoon from 4 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
