Graduation ceremony
All who graduate between September 2023 and August 2024 and indicate at the time of graduation that they would like to attend the graduation ceremony of the study programme in question, will receive an invitation in mid-September 2024. This will contain the exact start and end times.
The dates for the graduation ceremonies in the fall of 2024 are not yet known. As soon as the dates are known, they will be published here
Pick-up moments in academic year 2023-2024
Would you rather collect your diploma instead of attending the graduation ceremony? This is possible during the pick-up moments. You will receive an invitation for the pick-up moments if you have indicated that you will not attend the graduation ceremony and when your diploma is ready to be collected. The pick-up moments take place after the ceremony.
On the days mentioned below, an employee of the faculty will be at the studentdesk to hand over the diploma to you, on the condition that you can show a valid ID. Do not forget to bring it with you!
- Monday 27 November 2023 afternoon from 4 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
- Monday 18 December 2023 afternoon from 4 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
- Monday 29 January 2024 afternoon from 4 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
- Monday 26 February 2024 afternoon from 4 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
- Monday 25 March 2024 afternoon from 4 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
- Monday 29 April 2024 afternoon from 4 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
- Monday 27 May 2024 afternoon from 4 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
- Monday 24 June 2024 afternoon from 4 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
