Duration and investment
Coaching on the job is a short-term programme of up to three hours and there is no charge to your faculty, or department. So you can just sign up freely.
Content
The coaching could, for example, consist of discussions with a lecturer/trainer from the VU Centre for Teaching & Learning, watching your lecture/work group, or thinking along about the design of a test or course. The content will of course depend on your coaching question.
Sign up
When you sign up, we will check whether your question is suitable for a short coaching session and find a suitable coach. If your question is too extensive for coaching on the job, we will be happy to help you think about how you can still receive suitable support.
