The paper on data-driven business model innovation received the 2022 Journal of Strategic Information Systems Best Paper Award
Wendy Günther, Mohammad Hosein Rezazade Mehrizi, Marleen Huysman, Fleur Dekena and Frans Feldberg have been awarded the 2022 Journal of Strategic Information Systems Best Paper Award for their paper 'Resourcing with data: Unpacking the process of creating data-driven value proposition.'
A case study of a European postal service organisation shows that creating new value propositions for customers involves more than 'high quality' data inputs and identification of attractive use cases. To recognize the usefulness of data an organisation has to go through an emerging and iterative discovery process.
