How can you use chatbots to make your teaching more interactive? In this session, you will discover how different types of chatbots, such as Socratic bots and quiz bots, can actively engage students in learning.
You will also design a chatbot tailored to your own learning objectives and teaching context.
At the end of the session, you will be able to:
- Explain what different types of chatbots (e.g. Socratic bots and quiz bots) are and the opportunities they offer for teaching.
- Analyze the use of different chatbot types in relation to your learning objectives and instructional design.
- Design your own chatbot for use in your teaching.
