Basic Dutch on Campus

Language course Basic Dutch on Campus

Are you a VU student? Would you like to learn enough Dutch alongside your studies to help you feel more at home on campus?

With Basic Dutch on Campus, you will learn how to introduce yourself, go shopping, order a meal and chat with students and teachers, among other things. You will have group lessons with fellow VU students once a week in the evening. With self study (about 5-6 hours per week), you will train your reading, listening and writing skills. You will learn vocabulary and grammar. In class you will practice a lot of speaking and you will receive explanations about grammar.

Reduced price for VU students
The VU contributes to this course, making the price only €135. This price only applies to international VU students. At the end of this course, you will receive a 'Basic Dutch on Campus' certificate.
