What do we think makes us truly happy? What is a life worth living for? What role do external factors like success, wealth, and society play in our overall happiness? What happens in the brain when we feel happy? Which practical steps can you take to increase your happiness and that of those around you? We will explore these questions through experience-based classes, engaging discussions, inspiring guest lecturers like a brain scientist and a Buddhist teacher, and a community project. You will gain invaluable tools for inner development, enhancing well-being and making a meaningful impact on your community. Students from all disciplines are welcome to join!
