The Research Office is the primary point of contact for support on research related issues for its academic staff. The Education Quality Assurance and Development team ensures the quality of education. The team supports the school in improving the quality of education. It advises program directors on policy and coordinates evaluations. Additionally, the team oversees the management of systems and documentation to ensure streamlined educational processes, promotes educational innovations, and supports the implementation of ICT developments in education.
