You can request a list of your grades as a PDF of Excel file or as a certified copy via the Student Desk. Make sure to check if your results are correct.
You can request a list of grades (results overview) as a PDF or via the results overview and print it yourself. If you need a certified copy - an official document with a VU Amsterdam stamp and signature -, you can request one at the bottom of this page. You may need a certified transcript of your grades for a job application or registration for a (new) study programme at another institution. You can request a Dutch or English transcript.
Check your results
- Check if your results in the results overview are complete and correct.
- If any results are missing or incorrect, please send a request for correction to the faculty via this form. If you are a subsidiary student, you can use this form. Indicate what is wrong.
Print as a PDF or Excel file
- Indicate at the top of the results overview in which format you want to receive your list of grades (results overview). If you are following several programmes, you can also indicate whether you want an overview of all results or only of a specific programme.
- You will see an example of the choice you have made. Check carefully if the results are complete and correct (see 'Control'). You will receive an overview of your grades in Dutch or English and you can print this yourself.

- You will receive the certified transcript of records in PDF format within 5 working days in your email.
