Human Resources Management Advice, part of HRMHSE, is a centralised organisation of advisers assigned to a faculty, or service. At FSW, the HR-team is further strengthened with the operations officer. A brief overview of our products and services:
The faculty’s HR team advise and support the Faculty Board and the faculty’s managers on HR policies. The advisor is also available to discuss confidential issues.
The operations officer, as well as the HRM Servicedesk, is the point of contact for employees with questions about HR regulations and procedures.
