• TeamUp workshop

  The TeamUp workshop allows scientific and support teams to examine and improve their mutual cooperation and communication and strengthen these using the principles of Art of Engagement.

• Team Dialogue

  The Science in Dialogue Network organizes monthly trainings on dialogue skills and dealing with conflict and polarization.

• Team coaching

  A team coach can use reflection and dialogue to help a team move forward when something needs to be resolved or improved in the team. For example, the cooperation between two sub-groups in the team, unbalanced input in mood or direction by some team members, or a lack of mutual trust after an event.

• Effective dialogues

  How do you conduct an open, effective and enjoyable conversation in tense situations? This one-day interactive training will give you practical guidance and practice to conduct a difficult conversation well. fFter this day, you will feel more competent to prepare, conduct and direct conversations to commitments.

  In the training, you will practice with an actor and work with realistic case studies from VU Amsterdam, for example on discussing work pressure, dealing with working from home, mutual performance expectations or undesirable behaviour. Pace, cases and exercise are adapted to the team's needs.

  This programme is provided exclusively in Dutch. In 2026, this one-day training will be exclusively organised for teams. The training will take place live at VU Amsterdam.

  In this leadership programme you will further develop your educational leadership and you will focus on increasing the motivation of your team members, on creating conditions for pleasant and effective team cooperation and on strengthening your own leadership in this.

  Take online e-learnings via GoodHabitz, for example courses on Teamwork, Team Spirit, Coaching Your Team, Team Roles, Assesments and on Self-Organizing Teams.
