Terms of Use BBQ event campus square

There is a fixed BBQ available on the campus square. You reserve the BBQ spot through the FCO Front Office. Please read the Terms of Use below which you agree to when you organise a for BBQ.
 

• Start time barbecue event from 6pm;
• Number of persons: max 50;
• Keys for the barbecue can be collected and returned at the Security Desk (HG-KC04);
• Use of toilets is in the NU building. You may not use the toilets in LIVINGThe Living;
• If you arrange a professional formal barbecue event remember that you are not allowed to park cars on the campus grounds. The barbecue Catering can be brought and and picked up, but afterwards you have to must park your car outside the campus grounds. 
   

   The details for the Please inform FCO Service Desk FCO needs about details for loading and unloading are:

   1. Registration number;

   2. Company name and driver, if any;

   3. Time of day.

Music and noise Noice regulation

• There must be no noise pollution. Music, live music and loud noises are not allowed. The noise level must not exceed 65 dB(A);
• Amplified musical instruments, percussion and wind instruments are in principle not allowed.
  

Cleaning

• Please clean the barbecue properly after use and the area should also be left clean as otherwise, we will charge incurred cleaning costs;
• Dispose of all waste separately (plastic, rest, cans) in the waste bins on campus; there is a deposit machine for plastic bottles and cans in the main building in the hall.
  

Note: It is not allowed to organise activities on the grass field next to the MF building
