By the end of the BIP, participants will be able to:
- Develop a nuanced understanding of inclusion and its practical applications in educational or team environments, drawing on insights from diverse cultural perspectives.
- Identify and analyze personal and structural biases that affect learning and interaction, and implement strategies to create inclusive, supportive spaces.
- Design and implement an actionable, context-specific plan using the Mixed Classroom Educational Model (and MIXED Model) to foster engagement, belonging, and interconnection in their learning or professional communities.
Participants are assessed through:
- Participation and Engagement: Completion of online activities and discussions.
- Final Project Submission and Reflection: Evaluation of the final design with feedback integration and a personal reflection on programme takeaways.
Participants will receive structured feedback throughout the programme, with a final evaluation based on project quality, engagement, and reflective insights.
