How do you determine whether you are on track? And what possibilities do you have to make adjustments? How do you monitor the coherence of the policy? These are questions that constantly play a role in the public sector's task to increase social added value.
The Policy Control training helps you to develop a sharp analytical view on these questions and how to steer on policy results and resources.
