From distrust to trust

Guiding and leading from trust

Guiding and leading from trust is possible, also in (semi)public organisations. Scientific insights underpin the principles and systematic research shows that it has advantages. Organisations where professionals interact with each other and their environment with trust, perform better, are more 'responsive' and innovative. They also show higher employee well-being; working with trust is much nicer. So, especially in sectors where there are growing staff shortages, moving to working from trust is important.

Are you as a professional facing the challenge of leading more from trust and less from rules and control? In the programme Steering and leading from trust, you will learn how to lead from the principles of trust and why that is a finer and more effective way of working.

Insights and experiences from, among others, Public Administration and Business Administration are offered in combination. This provides combined insights that help you to change your personal approach from multiple angles and a broadened perspective and to be able to communicate about it with other professionals.

The programme Guiding and leading with trust is offered in Dutch, please consult the Dutch website for more information.
