Explore and understand individuals, relations, and organisations

Social and Organisational Psychology

In this minor, you will gain expertise in the most important methods and techniques used to analyse and understand individuals, relations, and organisations. How, for example, do individual differences, team composition, and leadership affect individual, social, and organisational results? And what role do organisational and society structures and cultures play?

In addition, this minor offers insight into assessment and training methods and the effects these methods have on the functioning of individuals and groups or teams. The programme gives special attention to the evolutionary processes and intra- and intergroup processes that are involved in trust, leadership, and cooperation in society and in organisations.
