Discover modern imaging techniques for biomedical research

Biomedische Beeldvorming

Do you want to better understand biological processes at the cellular and molecular level using biomedical imaging techniques? And discover how you can extract information from tissue, cells, and DNA using these techniques?

In the Biomedical Imaging minor at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, you receive an introduction to a wide range of imaging techniques from the biomedical and clinical world. You learn about the physical and chemical principles of imaging, such as microscopy, spectroscopy, X-rays, ultrasound, PET, MRI, and CT.

Note that this minor is taught mostly in Dutch.

More information about the minor in Biomedical Imaging can be found on the Dutch page.
