You will build a strong academic background in software engineering and data management in five courses of 6 ECTS each. This will provide you the foundation for our Master Information Sciences.
The pre-master’s programme lasts one year. It is generally considered part-time, except for in period 3 (a 4-week period in January) when the workload is full-time. It is however, customized, case by case, depending on your specific study programme and courses covered.

In addition, before entering the Master's program, you will have to learn, as a self-study, UML (Unified Modelling Language) and gain general concepts of software engineering (including software lifecycle) and programming languages like Python.
