Then join us for the VU Online Master’s Event on Thursday, 27 November 2025. On this open day, you can discover our Master's programmes online.

The Save the Date is now available within your My Study Choice account. With a Save the Date, you'll be added to our mailing list. Once the registration starts in November, we will invite you by email to register.

Are you following a higher vocational education (dutch hbo) programme or have you (almost) completed it? Then you will undoubtedly want to know more about our pre-masters.

At the VU Master’s Event, almost every programme offers a live information session on our online platform Campus Online. Here you'll get in-depth information about the programmes and the professors will answer all your questions. During the open day, you have the opportunity to use the live chat and get in touch with our students, staff and other visitors. We are here to help you find the right (pre)Master's programme!

In addition to the Online Master's Event of November 27, we will organize a Master's Event on the VU campus on Saturday, March 7, 2026. More information about this event will follow at a later date.

Save the Date

The Save the Date is now available and ensures that you are notified by us when the actual registration starts in November.

You can add the Save the Date using your My Study Choice account. As a VU Amsterdam student, you log in with your VUnetID. If you’re not yet a VU Amsterdam student, create an account with your email address or log in if you’ve already created an account.

Access to Campus Online

Do you want access to the content that's already available on Campus Online? Log in with your My Study Choice account and select “Access to Campus Online”.

Schedule

The open day starts at 3:00 pm and ends at 7:00 pm CET. Several live information sessions will take place during the Master's Event. The full schedule will be available once the registration starts in November.
Campus Online

The Master's Event takes place on Campus Online. Each participating programme has its own room. In these rooms, you will find a programme video, documents and the possibility to chat with teachers and/or students. Most programmes also organize live sessions. You can access these sessions through the programme room.
Are you an international student?

Join the room of our International Office on Campus Online and can answer all your questions about housing, visa, admission, etc. Don't forget to join their live session about studying for a Master's degree in Amsterdam.
How does the registration work?
Registration is possible from the beginning of November. Do you want to be notified when registration starts? Make sure to add the Save the Date:
Follow the steps below:
1. Go to the My Study Choice login page
2. Depending on whether you are already a VU student, follow 1 of the steps below:
  1. I am a VU student:
    
    Choose to log in with your VUnetID and follow the steps to log in.
  2. I am not a VU student, but I already have a My Study Choice account:
    
    Choose to log in with a My Study Choice account and then log in with your account details.
  3. I don't have a My Study Choice account yet, and I'm not a VU student:
    
    Choose the option to create an account.
    
    Then click on 'Create account' on the login screen.
    
    Enter the requested information, verify your email address and create your account.
    
    Then log in with this information.
3. On My Study Choice, you will see the Master's event under study choice activities.
4. Click on:
  1. Save the Date Master's Event: You are now added to our mailing list, and we will notify you when registration starts.
  2. Register (once registration is available): Follow the steps. After registration, the activity is added to the registered activities.
5. My Study Choice will always be accessible from now on if you log in via the login function at the top right of the VU website.
