Leren voor de Toekomst

Make homework guidance accessible for everyone

Darine - Business Administration student

Many students need homework guidance, but not all parents can afford this. This was also the case with student Darine. Then he thought: money should never determine whether I finish school or not. He offered himself as an affordable homework tutor and in 2018, he founded the foundation 'Leren voor de Toekomst'. Pupils and students give tutoring there for a low fee. His goal? To make education accessible for everyone.

The demand for affordable guidance is high. Currently, there are more than 25 locations with more than 100 tutors. Would you like to help? Then sign up as a tutor! Most tutors start as a volunteer at Leren voor de Toekomst. As a volunteer you are often in charge of a group of pupils in your neighbourhood or municipality during weekends. The tutoring starts with the lower grades of primary school and goes on to all levels of secondary school. More information can be found on the website of the foundation.
