Applying for a facility is done in 2 steps:
Step 1: Register your disability.
During your registration in Studielink you can indicate if you have a disability. You can also indicate which facility you need. Upload a recent medical certificate issued by a BIG-certified health care provider or GZ-psychologist.
If you did not register your disability during your registration, you can do so later.
Step 2. Make an appointment with your faculty study advisor.
Discuss your support request with your student advisor. Together with the student advisor, explore what you need to successfully complete your studies. The study advisor will let you know what is available. You will be notified by email whether your facility has been granted.
Please note:
- Do you need a facility to take exams? Make sure you submit your request no later than three weeks before the start of the examination period (this applies to step 1 and step 2).
- Have you requested extra time and uploaded a dyslexia statement or ADHD statement? Then an appointment with the study advisor is not necessary.
