It requires the willingness to engage in uncomfortable or difficult conversations, and respect for differences—for instance, in cases of misunderstanding or unintended offence. That’s why it’s important that you feel free and supported to engage in open dialogue about interpersonal conduct and to raise concerns when necessary.
