In a socially safe work environment, there is no place for bullying, discrimination, racism, or (sexual) harassment. But what do you do if it happens to you—or if you witness it happening to someone else? Do you stay silent? Look away? Or do you take action? And how do you respond if someone addresses you about inappropriate behaviour? Are you open to that?
