It includes questions such as: How can an exploration of religious texts enhance comprehension of moral motivation and leadership? What constitutes moral leadership, and how can a religious text, such as the Bible, aid in its definition? Additionally, what role does theology play in moral leadership, and how does it intersect with the interpretation of religious texts? Ultimately, to what degree can insights derived from religious texts and theology contribute to the field of organizational studies, business, and organizational behaviour, and conversely, how can perspectives from these disciplines inform the understanding of religious texts and theology?
