VU Amsterdam Summer School
4 July to 2 August 2026
This year our summer school covers various themes including sustainability and economics, health, AI and education. Our professors are passionate about sharing their knowledge through interactive lectures, group discussions, and practical assignments. All courses are taught in English.
VU Summer School is an ideal opportunity for students wishing to push their own boundaries and boost their knowledge early in summer. We also offer social activities so students can get to know each other better outside of the classroom.

In the application form you will be asked to provide the following two documents, which will be shared with the professors before the start of the course:
- Curriculum Vitae/Résumé (mostly important for us to understand your educational background)
- Transcript of records (a print screen of your most recent grades is sufficient and needs to include your name and university)
