Guideline for Presentations: Participants will be given 20-30 minute slots to present where we encourage presentations of upto 10 minutes and the rest for discussion. We encourage creative presentations (no need to stick to the academic presentation playbook), so use multimedia elements, engage the audience or also performance! You can focus on specific open questions in your paper or certain aspects you would like to discuss instead of taking us through all aspects of your paper. 

Fees and registration

Regular fee: €400,-

Early bird fee: €350,-

PhD/senior fee: €250,-

Early bird PhD/ senior fee: €200,-

About the venue: Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam is located opposite the bustling business district of Zuidas. We are connected well by trains, buses, trams, and metros. We are an accessible campus, and if you have more access needs, do indicate it to us on the registration form.
