Submit new employees and HR changes on time

From 1 May 2023 onwards, HR applies the usual policy: only if new hires and HR changes are submitted via the self service-options to the HR Service Desk more than 4 weeks before the effective date, a timely processing and payment to the relevant employees generally can be guaranteed. 'Submitted' means that all actors in the workflow have given their approval.
