- Near the end of the first year, the training and guidance plan will be customized further for the remainder of the contract, and it may be adjusted from year to year.
- The training and guidance plan will include the following:
- the knowledge and skills that the student should acquire, and how this should take place;
- the PhD student’s supervisor (i.e. the person under whose supervision the PhD student is working) and the supervising professor. If the supervising professor is not also the supervisor, then it has been stipulated that the PhD student will discuss the research project with the supervising professor at the commencement of the research project and at moments that are crucial for the progress of the project, but in any case at least once per year;
- The number of hours of personal supervision per month to which the PhD student is entitled from the designated supervisor.
