View your team information with the self-service option. Use the Take action now button on this page to display your team information.
Managers have access to the personnel files of their team members via the self-service option View personnel file . On the right-hand side in the column titled ‘Team’, you will see the names of your team members under 'My Direct Reports'. If you click on a team member, you will access their profile and personnel file in the same way.
