The products support the VU brand and strengthen the relationship with our (prospective) students, employees, alumni and external relations. BeGlobal/Intercédé is the exclusive supplier of these articles.
In the webshop you will find the articles of the VU basic product line under the heading 'Immediately available'. The other categories contain suggestions of articles that can be delivered quickly and can be provided with the VU logo with a minimum order quantity. You will always first receive a quote for this.
The BeGlobal/Intercédé range is much larger than the VU basic range (product line). There is always an item that meets your wishes for a promotion or a gift. Through this link you can make a choice in the general shop or in the browse catalogs with up to 30,000 different products. These can of course also be provided with the VU logo. You can order from the special catalog in Proactis on Bestellen.vu. Always have the cost center/order number to hand, otherwise an order will not be accepted. In addition, you must be authorized. You can order exclusive business gifts such as the Waals World Watch or a set of engravings via this intake form.
All orders arrive at BeGlobal/Intercédé and are delivered to the VU Goods Receipt. For the sake of the environment and costs, orders are bundled and delivered once a week on Thursdays. Special and urgent deliveries are also possible. The costs for this will be passed on.
