The Products and Services Catalogue (PDC) describes FCO's services. It includes such things as: security, removals, catering, cleaning, educational facilities, transport and logistics services, technical management and maintenance, audiovisual and repro services, management of campus grounds and public spaces. The catalogue distinguishes between services provided by FCO to the entire VU campus, additional services provided at a customer's request and one-off requests. FCO Servicedesk is where employees and students can go with questions or complaints about FCO's services. You can also go there to report a malfunction or request facility services.
