FCO Logistic Centre assists users with regular, internal relocations, i.e. removals that are initiated by users themselves.
FCO Logistic Centre provides support on request with the physical relocation and can also provide coordination services, for example with the IT department.
You can submit a request at least 10 working days in advance. You can also indicate on the form whether you would like FCO Logistic Centre to provide coordination services.
The relocation services at VU Amsterdam are provided by removal companies that have been contracted as part of a European tender. FCO Logistic Centre will assess your request (and may pay an on-site visit) within a few working days and initiate the procedure or may engage an external supplier, depending on the nature and scope of the work involved. Any costs involved are passed on to the user. The final invoice is drawn up based on actual costs.
In case of cancellation after the quotation has been approved, any hours already worked will be charged plus a €150 cancellation fee.
