Dates and times module 3 "Designing education":
- 2 April 2025, 09.30 AM – 5 PM, intake interviews
- 16 April, 1 PM – 3.30 PM, session 1 online
- 14 May, 1 PM – 3.30 PM, session 2 online
- 11 June, 1 PM – 3.30 PM, session 3 online
- 9 July, hand-in moment final report
- 9-18 July, assessments
Dates final interview (if all three modules have been successfully completed and the participant wishes to obtain a full UTQ certificate):
- 16 June-6 July 2025

Cost (2024/2025)
Only VU employees with teaching duties can participate in the BKO. Most of the programme cost is covered through internal quality funds. However, VU candidates must obtain approval from their supervisor or manager to enrol in the course. An administration fee of €85 per candidate will be charged, to be paid by the faculty.
