Individual University Teaching Qualification (i-UTQ)

Location
Depending on the circumstances, the interviews will be held online or at the UTQ candidate's location or that of the programme instructor. In the latter case, the location is:

Costs (2024/2025)
Only VU employees with teaching duties can participate in the BKO. Most of the programme cost is covered through internal quality funds. However, VU candidates must obtain approval from their supervisor or manager to enrol in the course. An administration fee of €85 per candidate will be charged, to be paid by the faculty.

Registration         
You can register using the UTQ registration form. You will receive confirmation of your registration by email.

After confirmation, you will receive an email with details about your programme instructor. This is the programme instructor who will supervise your i-UTP. You may have questions about the information sent to you. In that case, we recommend that you make a telephone appointment with the programme instructor, who will then explain the programme and the portfolio to you. However, if everything is clear, you can simply send an email to your programme instructor. To help with scheduling, please indicate the date by which you would like to complete the programme.
