- Understand the importance of the different delays in the existing business processes;
- Understand how the different areas integrate to for the strategic architecture of the organization;
- Design integrated strategies to improve performance; Develop the ability to think systemically, dynamically and responsibly in the decision-making process.

Assessment and Completion
This programme does not include formal grading. Participants receive a certificate of completion based on active participation and engagement in simulation exercises and discussions.
